These terms govern your use of Fuelkit ("we," "us"), a personal nutrition- and weight-tracking app. By signing in and using the app, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

Not medical or nutrition advice. Fuelkit is a self-tracking tool to help you record and review your own food, weight, and activity. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical, health, or professional nutrition advice. Its calculations (calories, macros, targets, energy balance) are estimates and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions about your diet, health, or fitness. You use the app at your own risk.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. You're responsible for keeping access to that account secure and for the activity under your Fuelkit account. Any personal access keys you generate are your responsibility to keep secret; you can revoke them in the app.

Acceptable use

Please use Fuelkit reasonably. You agree not to: attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data; probe or attack its security; use it for anything unlawful; or misuse the API in a way that disrupts the service.

Your data

The information you enter is yours. We store and handle it as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export it or permanently delete your account and data at any time from within the app.

Availability and "as is"

Fuelkit is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that your data will never be lost — so keep your own backups of anything important (the app's export feature makes this easy). We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) Fuelkit. The app is a free personal tool, and you accept that it comes with no guarantees.

Termination

You can stop using Fuelkit and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; we'll revise the "Last updated" date above, and continued use means you accept the updated terms.
